1. Introduction
Welcome to 92dado. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 92dado, the operator of the online casino available at 92dado.bet. By accessing the 92dado platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our games or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
92dado is an online casino platform offering a range of games including live card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), slots, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, and roulette. All services are provided exclusively to eligible players as defined in Section 2 of these terms.

2. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account at 92dado, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 92dado strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification and will not process any withdrawals until the player's age is confirmed.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using 92dado is lawful in your location before registering.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 92dado or any affiliated responsible gaming programme. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have their new accounts closed immediately.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or organisation. Accounts must be registered and used by the account holder personally.
- You must not have been previously banned from 92dado for any reason, including fraud, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these terms.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems are not permitted to hold player accounts at 92dado.
Age Verification: 92dado operates a mandatory age verification process. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 92dado. Duplicate accounts — even if registered under different email addresses or phone numbers — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any winnings generated from those accounts will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be suspended.
When registering at 92dado, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during registration or the verification process. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
- You must notify 92dado immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- 92dado will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a fraudulent communication and contact our support team.
- Account registration is free. 92dado does not charge any fees for opening or maintaining a player account.
- Your account details, including registered payment methods, must be kept up to date. 92dado will not be liable for failed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 92dado may request identity verification documents at any time. This is standard practice across all legitimate online gaming platforms and is intended to protect both the platform and its players. Documents that may be requested include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID, plus proof of address where required.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
92dado processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, and all balances, bets, and winnings are displayed in PKR at all times.
Deposits: The minimum deposit at 92dado is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 92dado does not charge any deposit fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. To protect all players, 92dado requires that you withdraw using the same method you used to deposit whenever possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction on your ability to access your funds.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in the account holder's own name.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
- 92dado reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect you as well as the platform.
- Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider when receiving withdrawals. 92dado does not impose any withdrawal processing fees on its side.
- In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 92dado may freeze a player's balance pending investigation. During any such investigation, withdrawals will be suspended until the matter is resolved.
Note on Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against 92dado while funds remain in your account balance is a breach of these terms. In such cases, 92dado reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from your remaining balance and close your account.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
92dado offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The general rules set out in this section apply to all 92dado bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means that before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered a specified number of times. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each offer.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your 92dado account. Wagering requirements must be met using bonus funds. Real-money funds can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
- 92dado reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus has been activated, the specific terms of that bonus remain in effect.
- Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same offer multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Crash games, slots, and fishing games typically contribute at 100%. Live card games and roulette may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates will be stated in each offer's terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
Bonus Abuse Policy: 92dado has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits, structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that 92dado determines to be an attempt to unfairly extract value from a bonus offer.
6. Gameplay Rules
By placing bets at 92dado, you accept that all game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. 92dado does not reverse completed bets except in cases of a documented technical malfunction that caused an incorrect result to be recorded.
- The minimum bet across most game types at 92dado is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by game and will be displayed on the game interface before you place your bet.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will complete according to the platform's recorded state at the time of disconnection. For crash games, if you had set an auto cash-out, that target will still execute if reached. For live table games, the hand or round will complete normally. Resulting outcomes are final.
- 92dado does not offer credit. You cannot place bets using funds that exceed your current account balance.
- Game history and results are stored and can be reviewed by players in the account transaction history. If you believe a result has been recorded incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of the round completing.
- In the event of a system error that causes a game to malfunction, 92dado reserves the right to void the round and return all stakes to the players involved. Payouts generated as a result of a documented technical error are not considered valid winnings and may be recovered.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
92dado is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live card games and poker variants.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
- Exploiting software bugs: Deliberately exploiting any technical error or software vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected bug are not valid and will be voided.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals after funds have been used to place bets and games have been played.
- Money laundering: Using 92dado for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the proceeds of criminal activity. 92dado complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or using someone else's payment details.
92dado employs automated monitoring systems that flag unusual betting patterns and account activity. Flagged accounts may be suspended for manual review without prior notice. During any review, withdrawals will be suspended pending the outcome.
8. Responsible Gaming
92dado takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be entertaining, and we are committed to providing Pakistani players with the tools and information they need to keep it that way.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 92dado players free of charge:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 92dado account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.

- Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 92dado account with no possibility of re-registration for the duration of your exclusion period (minimum 6 months). Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 92dado platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 92dado or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92dado platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from 92dado without prior written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 92dado software or game.
- Use the 92dado name, logo, or any associated branding in any context without explicit written authorisation.
- Create derivative works based on any 92dado content or game mechanics.
11. Limitation of Liability
92dado provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dado's liability to any player for any cause of action shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. 92dado shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of 92dado.
- Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Any loss or damage caused by events beyond 92dado's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or acts of third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 92dado's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your 92dado account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to our standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will not be returned.
92dado reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
- Failure to complete the required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or breach of terms, 92dado reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account and will not be obligated to return it to the player.
13. Changes to These Terms
92dado may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or the way 92dado operates — we will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or a prominently displayed notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the 92dado platform after any changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
